Could i be pregnant after i had unprotected ?

my fiance and i had 3 days after my period, it was unprotected and im wondering if i could b pregnant or not im vomiting, nausiated and i hav been spotting but the thing is its a whole nother month til my nxt period can ne1 give me an answer???
