Is it a joke that people are worried about the military taking us over and the fema camps?

When it comes down to it how long before americans are operating the tanks having the m16's with m203grenade launchers and flying there helicopters and jets we are all highly trained military personal either formerly or even recently do they think they can declare martial law on us?
