What to Wear?

I am going to a 14th party at my friends house and I want to look. i am not that fashionable and have horrible clothes. Will i be okay to wear a red t shirt with glittery apples on, a red apple long necklace and white combat shorts whith a glittery pattern on? i don't want to look stupid. shoes are sorted - silver plin dolly shoes.
