I'm having a wedding reception for approximately 100 guests. As of now, I plan on ordering a carving station of prime rib (priced for 100 guests), a soup and salad station (100 guests too) and maybe a table with an ortment chicken, fish, and veggie appetizers and other veggies... is this enough variety? I'm not sure... I feel like the hotel wedding consultant (where we have to purchase the food) is trying to rip me off by telling me I need like $8000 worth of food. I'm confused. Should I just stick to my plan?
