Does anyone have an explanation to this?

ive always been a little different from the other people ive been around in my life, the quite shy one u could say. ive had a few other weird things happen but this one stands out to me. last week i had a dream where i was getting in my bathtub and the water wouldnt turn on and then the tub started filling up with blood, a few nights later i was watching tv and this movie came on about the "blood countess" and i had nvr heard of her b4 and according to the movie she bathed in her victims(virgins) blood? is this odd that i dreamed about bathing in blood then a few nights later i learned of a woman who did just that? is there a reason for my dream?
