How do I get a girl to be more than fwb(friends with benefits) with me?

I have a really good friend and we have decided to be friends with benefits. We have almost every cl together but the only problem is that she's fwb with another guy too. How do I get her to like me more than the other guy? Also, the other guy is in High school. So how do I compare to him?
